也可以指定「第一張照片的姿勢＋第二張照片的表情」

若沒有特別需求，將由我參考照片自由創作

下單後請於 72 小時內，透過網站聯絡表單或 Instagram 私訊（@xiaoxiong_kuma）提供照片。私訊前請先追蹤帳號（未追蹤的帳號訊息無法顯示）

收到照片後，我會回覆您的訊息。若超過 24 小時未收到回覆，請重新傳送或用其他方式聯絡我。

※若在 72 小時內未收到照片，將改為繪製作者的貓「おこげ」的插畫寄送。恕不接受退款。

照片確認後，製作時間約 5～10 個工作天

完成隔日寄出（週末與國定假日除外）

・本商品 不接受取消、退貨或更換

・相框顏色與款式可能與照片示意不同

・插畫著作權歸屬於 小熊，禁止複製、改作及商業用途

A hand-drawn portrait of your beloved pet, based on the photos you provide.
Black & white illustration / comes with a simple photo frame.

⬛︎ After placing your order, please provide

・Several clear, high-quality photos of your pet

・You may also send an Instagram or cloud storage link (please ensure it is public)

・If you have specific requests for composition or pose, please note them in the order remarks

Examples: vertical, horizontal, bust-up, full body, sitting pose, etc.

You can also specify “pose from the 1st photo + expression from the 2nd photo”

If no specific requests are provided, I will create the composition freely based on the photos

⬛︎ For multiple pets in one portrait

If you would like multiple pets in the same portrait, please also purchase the “Additional option multiple pets”.

⬛︎ Order Process

Within 72 hours after placing your order, please send your pet photos via the contact form on this site or Instagram DM（@xiaoxiong_kuma）Please follow my account before sending a DM (messages from non-followers will not be displayed)

After receiving your photos, I will reply to your message. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please resend the photos or contact me via another method.

If no photos are received within 72 hours after placing your order, I will draw my cat Okoge instead. Please note that refunds are not available.

Once photos are confirmed, production time is about 5–10 business days

Ships the day after completion (excluding weekends and public holidays)

お写真をもとに、ペットの似顔絵をお描きします。
モノクロ手描き／簡易フォトフレーム入りでお届けします。

 ⬛︎ ご注文後に送っていただくもの

・はっきり写っているペットのお写真を数枚

・インスタやクラウドのリンクでもOK（必ず公開設定にしてください）

・構図・ポーズなどの希望があれば備考欄にご記入ください

例：縦向き、横向き、バストアップ、全身、座っているポーズ など

「1枚目の写真のポーズ＋2枚目の表情」などの指定も可能です

ご希望がない場合はこちらで自由に構図を決めて描きます

同じ画面内に複数匹を描く場合は、こちらの商品と一緒に追加オプションをご注文ください。

 ⬛︎ ご注文から発送までの流れ

ご注文後72時間以内にコンタクトフォームまたはインスタDM（@xiaoxiong_kuma）へお写真をお送りください。DM送信時はフォロー必須（フォロー外からのDMは届きません）

お写真が届きましたら必ずメッセージに返信をいたします。送信から1日以上経っても返信がない場合はお手数ですがもう一度送るか別の方法でご連絡ください。

※注文後72時間以内にお写真が届かない場合は、うちの猫「おこげ」のイラストを代わりにお届けいたします。返金は承れませんのでご了承ください。

お写真到着後、制作に5〜10営業日ほどかかります。

完成翌日に発送（土日祝除く）
